 We are a very busy couple with extremely demanding schedules. Pedram was extremely diligent and he spent a considerable amount of time to put this deal together for us. He did it all...from the loan, to the home equity on the home we were selling and finally to making this deal work for us at $250,000 below asking at $2.5 Million.
